Spicy Mustard Tofu Sauce On Pasta

Ingredients
1 carton of tofu
 onion salt
Coconut Oil
1 red pepper
1 jalapeno
1 yellow squash
1/2 of red onion
2 cups barilla farfalle

Just putting this together for the first time...it turned out delicious and reminded me of tuna salad I ate before become vegan.

dice your veggies and saute in a table spoon of coconut oil

blend tofu with one to two cups of water till creamy or your desired consistency add seasonings of choice..i used a dash of mustard, ketchup and hot sauce for a fishy flavor.

Bring two 2 cups of barilla fafalle to a boil lower heat and cook till noodles are tender.

Combine liquid tofu into sauce pan with veggies...vegan meat can also be added..I used a meatless chicken from trader joes. Serve and enjoy....
