30 Day Plank Challenge



It's time to get in shape for the summer. Let's start off with a 30 Day Plank Challenge!
RSVP: 30 DAY PLANK CHALLENGE
Steps.......
1. Leave a comment that your doing the challenge and your blog or your fitness goals.
2. RSVP on facebook and go live on your page each day for your Plank Challenge and share your progress video on the event page.
3. Leave a comment on someone else's progress for encouragement.
4. One random participant will be featured on my blog and social media platform at the end of the 30 day challenge.

Challenge starts January 8th-Feb-8th!
